Course Structure
The course blends theory, discussion, and hands-on practice. At least 50% of class time is dedicated to breakout sessions, where participants apply TOP processes to a case study. If the course is delivered in-house, the case study can be customized to reflect one of your own projects.
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 16:30 PM daily.
- Preparation: Expect 4 hours of prep work before the course and an additional 2 hours following day one.

Nathan Kunkel is a senior instructor who is inspired by the foundational methodology, The Value Equation, developed by Totally Optimized Projects.
Nathan has previously taught courses in Business Value Delivery Management and The Value Equation at Teknologisk Institut, Denmark, and as an independent course provider, and has guest lectured on the subject at the IT University (ITU) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
