Course Structure
The course blends theory, discussion, and hands-on practice. At least 50% of class time is dedicated to breakout sessions, where participants apply TOP processes to a case study. If the course is delivered in-house, the case study can be customized to reflect one of your own projects.
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
- Preparation: Expect 4 hours of prep work before the course and an additional 2 hours following day one.
- Instructor: English-speaking, fluent in Danish.
Course Materials and Preparation
Participants will receive the latest edition of the TOP Value Equation Handbook and, on request, digital copies of all templates used during the course.
Additionally, participants gain 12 months of free access to the TOP Value Equation Center of Expertise, which includes a wealth of online resources.
Optional Certification
A third day can be added to your course for preparation and the TOP Certified Practitioner exam.
