Originally conceived at the Boston Consulting Group, and later endorsed by both Gartner and Harvard Business School, the TOP Value Equation methodology was developed by Totally Optimized Projects of Australia from the 1990’s through the 2000’s, and empowers you to manage projects with a focus on business impact.

Course Structure
The course blends theory, discussion, and hands-on practice. At least 50% of class time is dedicated to breakout sessions, where participants apply TOP processes to a case study. If the course is delivered in-house, the case study can be customized to reflect one of your own projects.
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 16:30 PM daily.
- Preparation: Expect 4 hours of prep work before the course and an additional 2 hours following day one.
